Shareholding structure

The Company's share capital amounts to PLN 8,690,788 (eight million six hundred and ninety thousand seven hundred and eighty-eight) and is divided into shares with a nominal value of PLN 1 (one) each, of which:

• 6,430,000 (six million four hundred and thirty thousand) ordinary bearer shares of series A with numbers from 0000001 to 6,430,000 fully paid up,
• 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ordinary bearer shares of series B with numbers from 000001 to 300,000 fully paid up,
• 1,567,838 (one million five hundred and sixty-seven thousand eight hundred and thirty-eight) ordinary bearer shares of series C1 with numbers from 0000001 to 1,567,838 fully paid up,
• 51,251 (fifty-one thousand two hundred and fifty-one) ordinary bearer shares of series C2 with numbers from 00001 to 51,251 fully paid up,
• 341,699 (three hundred and forty-one thousand six hundred and ninety-nine) ordinary bearer shares of series D with numbers from 000001 to 341,699 fully paid up.
