Schedule for submitting periodic reports in 2020
The Management Board of KOFAMA Koźle S.A. announces the schedule for submitting periodic reports in 2020. Reports will be published on the following dates:
Quarterly:
- quarterly report for Q1 2020 - May 15, 2020
- quarterly report for Q2 2020 - August 14, 2020
- quarterly report for Q3 2020 - November 16, 2020
Annual:
- annual report for 2019 - March 20, 2020
Any changes to the dates for submitting periodic reports will be announced to the public in the form of a current report. Legal basis: § 6 clause 14.1 of Appendix No. 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2019
The Management Board of KOFAMA Koźle S.A. hereby provides the annual report for the financial year 2019. Legal basis: §5 clause 1 point 2 of Appendix No. 3 "Current and periodic information provided in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market" to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System.
